The exhibition “Dialogues concrets” [Concrete Dialogues] curated by Carlos Cruz-Diez will take place at the Espace de l’Art Concret (eac.) in Mouans-Sartoux - France from June 25th 2017 to May 27th, 2018.
Starting this summer, the eac. sets up a new series of exhibitions with a simple premise: an artist must review and curate the Donation Albers-Honegger collection and confront it to a selection of his own artworks.
Carlos Cruz-Diez is the first artist to be invited to offer an interpretation. His proposal is an emotional journey where the colors, shapes and lines of his works connect and dialogue with the carefully selected artworks from the eac.'s collection. The exhibition will include pieces by Josef Albers, Max Bill, Antonio Caldera, François Morellet, Aurelie Nemours, Jesús Rafael Soto and more.
