About the artist:
Liliana Porter, born in 1941, Argentina and resides New York since 1964, works across mediums in printmaking, works on canvas, photography, video, film, installations, theater, and public art. She was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship in 1980.- Porter’s work was included in the 57th Biennale di Venezia in 2017 and has been exhibited internationally at venues such as the Museum of Modern Art, New York, Museo MALBA, Buenos Aires. El Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid, The Museum of Fine Art in Boston, and The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York among others.
